How about a journey that’s as unique as you are? Every year we recruit a number of graduates to our Business Specialist Programme, sending them on a career that’s suited to their individual strengths.
We’ll take your raw talent, then look closely at your skills, interests and potential. You’ll then be trained for a career in one of four business areas, with each one offering a unique set of challenges. The first is Community (Retail) Banking, where you’ll work in our branch network and help people get where they want to be.
Or you could be doing the same for small businesses in our Business Banking division. Then there’s Corporate Banking, where we help big businesses achieve their goals, and Agriculture, where we support over 18,000 customers in the agriculture and rural business sector.
You’ll enjoy formal and informal development, lots of on the job training and the chance to study for professional qualifications. Along the way, you’ll gain valuable skills and commercial experience, laying down a career path that’s sure to lead to great things.
How do I get there?
You’ll need at least 200 UCAS points or equivalent for a start. But there’s a lot more to this journey than just making the grade. We’re looking for graduates with drive and ambition. Open and inquisitive minds. Plus the willingness to learn, develop and change. That way, you’ll get the most out of our programme, our business and your own potential.
